During the weekends we went for Dim Sum brunch in Chinatown. It had been quite a while since we had Dim Sum so the kids and I were craving for some tasty dishes. Besides ordering the usual dishes which included Har Gow and Xiu Mai we decided to try some different dishes.
The custard bun tasted very yummy with the custard oozing out when the bun was pulled apart. You can see from the picture above how the custard flows out from the bun. It really looks so delectable.
We normally go to Ding Tai Fung to eat their trademark Xiao Long Bao however we decided to try it out when we saw this dish on the menu at Mouth restaurant. It really tasted yummy with the soup oozing out as you bite through the “skin”.
