I have always love eating cakes and am always on the look out for cafes that sell delicious cakes. You can say that I am quite particular about the taste and presentation of the cake. It has to appeal to me visually and satisfy my taste buds. Ever since I started baking back in 2007 I have grown more interested in the different types of cakes and how they are baked.
Strawberry Shortcake is one of the cakes which I have yet to learn to bake. It seems a bit complicating at first with the layering but I’m sure I will be able to figure it out once I get a suitable recipe to try out.
I love how there is more then one variety of chocolate in the cake shown above. There is two distinct types of chocolate being use in the cake and the lower layer has nuts embedded in the chocolate making it crunchy when you sink your teeth into that layer. This cake is also on my “learn to bake” list.
wow, very elegant! lots of luck in your baking endeavor! 🙂
